Job Description

About Us:

Analytics Circle is a leading institute offering training in Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI. We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant / Office Boy to help with day-to-day activities, maintain cleanliness, assist the team, and support general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in classrooms, office, and reception area.
Serve water, tea, or coffee to staff and visitors when required.
Assist office staff with basic administrative and operational tasks.
Distribute pamphlets or flyers in nearby areas for marketing purposes.
Handle photocopying, document organization, and basic office errands.
Ensure that the classrooms and office area are tidy and ready before sessions.
Support with receiving or dispatching courier and deliveries.
Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or above.
Punctual, trustworthy, and well-behaved.
Should be able to manage basic cleaning and office assistance tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors (for pamphlet distribution, etc.).
Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
