Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Office Assistant / DTP Operator to support our day-to-day office activities. The candidate should be capable of handling basic documentation, data entry, and desktop publishing (DTP) English & Malayalam tasks related to legal and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and format legal and official documents using MS Word and other DTP software.
  • Assist in filing, scanning, and maintaining office records.
  • Handle data entry, printing, and correspondence.
  • Support in document preparation and client coordination.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, email handling, and file management.

Requirements:

  • computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, and DTP).
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn office procedures.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Salary: Based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
