Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office cum Tender Executive to manage government/private tenders, office documentation, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling tender processes and strong knowledge of office management, document filing, and basic accounts. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Monitor and track relevant government and private tenders (GeM, CPPP, eProc portals, etc.) Prepare and submit tender documents, both online and offline Coordinate with departments and vendors to gather required documents and quotations Maintain a database of submitted tenders, deadlines, and status follow-up Handle post-tender correspondence including clarifications, amendments, and follow-ups Office & Administrative Tasks: Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner Assist with day-to-day office activities and coordinate internal communication Handle data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning of important documents Assist in managing petty cash and basic bookkeeping activities Coordinate appointments, meetings, and logistics as required
