Job Description

KKS ENTERPRISES is looking for confident, responsible and communication-oriented candidates to join our overseas recruitment team. The selected candidate will interact with job seekers, generate and follow up on leads, explain overseas employment opportunities and guide candidates through the recruitment process—from understanding available foreign vacancies and eligibility requirements to documentation, interviews and final recruitment coordination.

The role combines recruitment, candidate counselling, tele-calling, lead management and administrative work. We will provide clear guidance on the company's recruitment process and available vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle incoming candidate enquiries.
• Able to communicate in both Hindi and English.
• Generate new candidate leads and regularly follow up with existing leads.
• Explain current overseas job vacancies, job profiles, eligibility criteria, salary/benefits and recruitment requirements.
• Clearly explain the complete recruitment process to interested candidates, from initial enquiry and CV selection to documentation, interviews and subsequent recruitment stages.
• Counsel candidates professionally and resolve general queries regarding available overseas opportunities.
• Collect and maintain candidate information, CVs and required documents.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, selections and follow-ups with the internal recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate candidate and lead records using MS Excel and other office tools.
• Follow up with prospective candidates through telephone, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain professional communication and represent Kks Enterprises appropriately while dealing with candidates.
• Assist with day-to-day recruitment and office coordination activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

Young and ambitious candidates (femáĺèś), freshers and experienced are welcome to apply. Previous experience in recruitment, tele-calling, sales, customer service, consultancy, lead generation or similar roles will be an advantage.

Candidates should have good Hindi communication skills; working knowledge of English and Hindi communication will be preferred. They should be comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone, conducting follow-ups and explaining information clearly. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email and internet applications is required.

We are looking for candidates with good interpersonal skills, confidence, patience and a professional attitude. They should be organised, willing to learn the overseas recruitment process and comfortable working with calling/follow-up targets as part of an office-based team.
