We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR / Recruitment Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and human resources, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.


• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.


• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and recruitment metrics.

• Proven experience in recruitment and human resources, preferably in a similar industry.


• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications.
