OEM Alliance & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEMs and manage business reviews, escalations, and joint initiatives.

- Identify new OEM alliance opportunities and develop a strong business pipeline.

- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, cross-selling, and upselling.

- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies, marketing campaigns, webinars, and customer events.

- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on product demonstrations, technical discussions, and proof of concepts (POCs).

- Manage OEM partner programs, certifications, compliance, incentives, and marketing support.

- Track revenue, sales pipelines, business targets, and overall partner performance.

- Prepare business reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong OEM and alliance management experience.

- Business development and relationship management skills.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity solutions.

- Experience in GTM strategy and execution.

- Pipeline and opportunity management.

- Strong negotiation, commercial, communication, and presentation skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- MBA in Sales & Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹98,000.00 per month
