Job Description

Role Overview As an Odoo Support Executive in our academy, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our Odoo ERP system, which supports various academic and administrative functions. Your role will focus on providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the customization of Odoo modules to meet the academy's needs. Key Responsibilities Functional Support : Provide day-to-day support for end-users across departments, addressing issues related to modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Helpdesk Customization Assistance : Collaborate with the technical team to customize Odoo modules, ensuring they align with the academy's specific requirements. Training & Documentation : Conduct training sessions for staff and students on Odoo functionalities. Maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides. System Monitoring : Monitor system performance, generate reports, and ensure data integrity across the ERP system. Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and tailor Odoo functionalities accordingly Candidates residing nearby areas preferred Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Odoo ERP support or related roles. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Odoo modules, basic knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
