The role involves managing end-to-end operations, ensuring smooth supply chain functioning, and leading a team to deliver operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for grocery distribution. Manage inventory control , stock accuracy, and timely replenishments. Ensure efficient route planning and timely deliveries across 67 locations under Patna cluster. Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve business targets and maintain high productivity. Monitor manpower deployment and reduce attrition through effective engagement. Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards. Regularly review operational performance and provide reports to management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve service levels. Travel within the cluster to monitor and support operations on ground. Key Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG B2B operations. Must have hands-on experience in Fulfilment Center (FC) operations – preferably in grocery. Strong knowledge of inventory management, route planning, and team management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently. Willingness to travel across assigned cluster locations. Immediate joiner will be given preference.
