Location : Noida Sector 63 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and innovative E-commerce Specialist to manage our online sales platforms and implement strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, website optimization, and customer experience in an e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces. Oversee website updates, including content, product information, and promotional campaigns. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to improve online sales and profitability. Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize campaigns. Digital Marketing: Create and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Customer Experience: Monitor and improve user experience (UX) on the website and app. Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction rates. Data Analysis: Analyze sales reports, website traffic, and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel for performance tracking. Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with external vendors, logistics partners, and payment gateways to streamline operations. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth integration of campaigns and projects. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Knowledge of online marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Analytics, AdWords, or digital marketing. Experience with product photography and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
