Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Occupational Therapist with a passion for early childhood development. The ideal candidate will deliver results-driven therapy sessions tailored to enhance motor, sensory, cognitive, and self-regulation abilities in toddlers and young children. You will be a key contributor to Ezlar’s Accelerated Development Program, aimed at school readiness and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify sensory-motor, perceptual, and functional challenges in children aged 1–7.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans rooted in neurodevelopmental principles.
• Utilize multisensory, play-based, and goal-oriented approaches to enhance fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, posture, and daily life independence.
• Track progress through structured documentation, session notes, and periodic reports shared with both parents and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Speech Therapists, Behavior Therapists, and Educators to create an integrated, child-centric development plan.
• Guide parents with at-home strategies to reinforce skill generalization outside the therapy space.
• Participate in internal reviews, team meetings, and curriculum integration at Ezlar Early Learning School (EEL).
• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in pediatric OT and contribute to Ezlar’s knowledge repository.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
