Core responsibilities

• Patient Care:

• Surgery:

  Performing surgical procedures, including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and the removal of cysts or fibroids.

• Pregnancy Management:

  Providing prenatal care, monitoring fetal growth, managing labor and delivery, and offering postpartum care.

• Preventive Care:

  Performing routine check-ups, pelvic and breast exams, Pap tests, and screenings for gynecological cancers and STIs.

• Patient Education:

  Counseling patients on women's health issues, disease prevention, family planning, and reproductive health.

• Collaboration:

  Working with other medical specialists to develop and implement patient treatment plans.

• Medical Documentation:

  Recording patient histories and maintaining accurate medical records.

Required skills and qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)
