Observation Assistant

Visual and Auditory Monitoring: Constantly observing a patient's condition, including their appearance, behavior, and responses. Observation Reporting: Completing observation reports at regular intervals, documenting any significant changes or concerns. Basic Nursing Care: Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, and mobility, as well as basic vital signs monitoring. Reporting Changes: Immediately communicating any significant changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the nursing staff. Patient Safety: Maintaining a safe environment for the patient and assisting with measures to prevent falls or other injuries. Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide comprehensive patient care. Documentation: Accurately documenting observations, interventions, and patient activities. Communication: Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.
