Job Description

OAS/OBIEE Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) environments.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of OAS applications and perform regular maintenance.
  • Provide technical support for OAS users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for OAS procedures, configurations, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Stay updated with the latest OAS features and enhancements, and assess their applicability to improve existing solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users regarding OAS functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an OAS Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of database management, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with database platforms such as Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies or business analytics tools are a plus.
