Deputy Manager/Manager - Plant HR rajpura 12 - 20 years INR 8.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle at the plant (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, exits). Ensure manpower planning and deployment for production, bottling, warehouse, and utilities. Drive contract labor management including attendance, invoicing, and compliance. Manage shift schedules, absenteeism control, overtime budgeting, and productivity monitoring. Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant labour laws and regulations (e.g., Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESI). Managing contract labour, including vendor management and statutory documentation audits. Overseeing administration functions like canteen, transport, security, and housekeeping. Monitor adherence to Excise Department rules and support excise audits (critical in liquor plants). Handle external inspectionsexcise, labor department, pollution control, safety audits, etc. Work with the Safety team to drive EHS programs and statutory safety compliance. Preferred candidate profile Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, MHRM, or equivalent. Experience: 10-15 years of HR/IR experience, with at least 5+ years in a manufacturing plant , preferably in liquor /distillery /FMCG OR chemical sectors. Strong exposure to statutory compliance, and plant HR operations . Experience working with Excise Department is a strong advantage. knowledge of SAP-HR, MS Office tools is essential Immediate Joiner or who can join in 15 days are preferred
