Role : OP Nurse
Location: Valar Road, Junction, Telecom Nagar
Experience: Fresher or 1 - 3 years experience

Education: Diploma in Nursing / Bsc., Nursing in an accredited institution with Valid and current nursing license

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.).
• Assess the patient's physical and psychological condition, noting any changes or complications.
• Monitor the patient's vascular access site (fistula, graft, or catheter) for proper function and signs of infection.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines and other related equipment.
• Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Collect blood and other specimens for laboratory tests.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, nursing assessments, and any changes in the patient's condition.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and dialysis technicians.
• Report any changes or concerns about a patient's condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff.
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols.
