Requirement of NICU Nurses for a reputed hospital in Ghaziabad. Job Summary: The NICU Nurse provides specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with feeding and breathing support, and working with neonatologists to ensure the best outcomes for newborns. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor and assess the condition of newborns in incubators · Administer medications, IV fluids, and oxygen therapy · Assist with resuscitation and emergency neonatal procedures · Support feeding (tube, breast, or bottle) and educate mothers · Maintain accurate documentation of neonatal care · Operate and monitor NICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, incubators) · Ensure strict infection control and hygiene standards Requirements: · GNM or B.Sc. Nursing · NICU training or certification preferred · 3-5 years NICU experience (preferred) · Must be compassionate, alert, and skilled in neonatal care · Registered with the State Nursing Council Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
