• Patient Preparation: Greet patients, make them comfortable, take vitals/history, and seat them.
• Chairside Assistance: Prepare treatment areas, set up trays, pass instruments, use suction, and help with materials during procedures.
• Sterilization & Infection Control: Sterilize instruments, disinfect equipment, and maintain clean workspaces.
• Radiology: Expose and develop dental X-rays.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-operative care.
• Lab Tasks: Perform tasks like pouring impressions or making temporary crowns.
• Patient Records: Maintain accurate, updated patient charts and medical histories.
• Inventory: Monitor and order dental supplies and equipment.
