Job Role:
We are looking for Nursing Staff with strong geriatric care knowledge to provide high-quality nursing services to elderly patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to care for seniors with understanding and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:

Provide daily nursing care including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and assisting with personal hygiene.

• Elder Care:

Support the physical and emotional needs of elderly patients with compassion and patience.

• Health Monitoring:

Observe and report any changes in patient health or behavior to doctors and supervisors.

• Assistance & Mobility:

Help patients with movement, feeding, and rehabilitation exercises as required.

• Record Maintenance:

Maintain accurate patient charts, medication records, and care logs.

• Collaboration:

Work closely with doctors, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic care for each patient.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Sc in Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing).
• Valid Nursing Council registration.
• Experience or knowledge in geriatric / elder care preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to patient well-being.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home nursing or elder care facilities.
• Knowledge of geriatric conditions, nutrition, and rehabilitation.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
