Job Summary: We are hiring a qualified and compassionate Home Care Nurse to provide vaccination services at patients homes. The nurse will be responsible for safe vaccine administration, maintaining cold chain protocols, patient education, and ensuring documentation compliance. Key Responsibilities: Administer vaccines to patients at their residences following standard protocols. Ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation of vaccines as per cold chain guidelines. Verify patient identity, eligibility, and vaccination history before administration. Educate patients and caregivers about vaccine benefits, possible side effects, and post-vaccination care. Accurately document vaccination details and maintain necessary records as per guidelines. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols during home visits. Coordinate with the central team for daily schedules, stock management, and reporting. Qualifications: GNM/B.Sc Nursing. 12 years of clinical or vaccination experience preferred. Willingness to travel within the assigned region for home visits. Good communication skills and professional bedside manner. Basic knowledge of vaccine handling and reporting procedures. Must have: Two wheeler & driving/learning license.
