Extensive hands-on experience with SFDC Health Cloud application and API testing. Proficient in using Test Automation tools such as Selenium. Proficient in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks, with a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java. Familiar with Agile methodologies, Jira & ALM tools, and ensure compliance with GxP processes within the Life Sciences domain. Strong ability to develop detailed test plans and functional & integration test cases, with excellent skills in defect identification, documentation, and reporting. Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation. Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications. Technical Expertise: o Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products. o Proficiency in Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards. o Experience with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus. o Understanding of integration patterns and working with APIs (REST/SOAP). o Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools. Experience working with third-party AppExchange solutions. Knowledge of DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD best practices.

ABAP + Workflow, CDS + AMDP, ODATA, FIORI, BTP (CAPM, API, Cloud ABAP, UI5/FIORI, Workflows), Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) based design & development and ABAP Restful Programming Model Resource having strong integration knowledge (ALE IDOC/EDI, Proxies, Web services, BAPIS, RFCs) , BODS. Must be an expert in analysing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilising SAP technologies. Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications. Experience with SAP security concepts and must have implemented authorisation checks in ABAP objects is a plus.
