Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients for NRI banking services. Identify cross-selling opportunities for various bank products such as deposits, credit cards, loans, etc. to existing HNI/NRI customers. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to NRI services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in NRI Sales or similar roles within the banking industry. Strong knowledge of CASA acquisition strategies and techniques. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with high net worth individuals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
