You will be responsible for the following: - Having in-depth knowledge related to Jigs & Fixtures (Welding) design and development. - Executing the Fixture design from scratch to the end of delivery (3D Model & 2D Drawings). - Demonstrating knowledge on Robotic welding, which is an added advantage. - Developing Multiple Fixture concepts and selecting the Standard parts like Bearings, Clamps, Cylinders, Motors, LM guides, Extrusions, Pins, etc., backed with Calculations. - Possessing sound Knowledge of Manual Clamping, Pneumatic and Hydraulic clamping. - Having exposure over Pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, which is an added advantage. - Being strong in Solid Works Part, Assembly, Sheetmetal Modelling. - Having basic Knowledge of Solid Works Macros, Static Analysis, Motion study, Rendering, which is an added advantage. - Possessing sound knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance Stack up. - Implementing Poka-Yoke concepts in Design of Jigs & Fixtures. Qualifications required for this role: - Degree: BE-Mechanical. - Excellent verbal communication skills.
