Job Title: Account Executive – Real Estate Location: Baner, Pune Experience: 2 to 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate & Construction Reporting To: Finance Head Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team in a growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in real estate accounting, including RERA compliance , project-wise accounting, vendor payments, and GST/TDS processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting entries including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries Maintain project-wise books of accounts , ledgers, and reconciliation statements Prepare and file GST returns , TDS returns, and assist with income tax compliance Handle RERA-related financial compliance and reporting , including cost and revenue tracking as per RERA format Support preparation of monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts , and bank reconciliations Ensure timely vendor payments , invoice verification, and proper documentation Assist in statutory audits, internal audits , and coordination with CA firms Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions Work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure customer receipts, agreements, and statutory compliance Requirements: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) preferred 2 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry Working knowledge of RERA compliance and reporting Proficiency in Tally, Excel , and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, etc.) Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance Good understanding of real estate project financials and cash flow Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills Preferred Skills: Experience in handling real estate project accounting and RERA submissions Strong analytical and documentation skills Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (sales, legal, admin) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and industry standards How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their updated resume to hr@nowrealty.in with the subject line “Application for Account Executive – Real Estate”. Job Title: Senior Executive – Accounts Department: Finance & Accounts Industry: Real Estate / Construction Location: Baner, Pune Reporting To: Manager – Finance / CFO Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive – Accounts to manage the accounting operations for our real estate business. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of GST compliance , TDS regulations , and RERA reporting , along with experience in day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software, including invoicing, vendor bills, payments, and journal entries Manage and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure reconciliation with books Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable provisions, prepare TDS returns (Form 26Q, 27Q) , and generate Form 16A Assist in RERA-related compliance , including project registration updates, quarterly updates, and financial disclosures Manage bank reconciliations , inter-company transactions, and payment scheduling Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for invoice validation and payment clarification Support monthly and year-end closing activities , including preparation of trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory inspections Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax advisors for assessments and compliances Prepare MIS reports as per management requirement related to cash flow, receivables, and payables Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Accounting, from in Real Estate or Construction industry Hands-on experience with GST, TDS , and RERA compliance Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / any other accounting ERP system Familiar with RERA project compliance filing (Maharashtra RERA or other state portals) Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Proficient in MS Excel and basic working of Word & PowerPoint Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent Additional certification in GST / TDS / RERA will be an added advantage Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Application Question(s): What is your Current CTC, Expected CTC and Notice Period Experience: Financial accounting: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025
