The position As a Cloud Operations Specialist- DevOps Platform Support at Novo Nordisk, you will: Oversee and administer Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub platforms, ensuring compliance for GxP use. Handle ServiceNow ticket requests, including project configuration, onboarding to projects in Azure DevOps, and managing test-related queries, code/pipeline issues, performance issues, and board dashboard queries. Enhance and develop automated tools to manage the DevOps and GitHub platforms, ensuring compliance with GxP standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automated regression tests. Utilize Python, TypeScript, and Power Automate to enhance automation processes. Facilitate integration between ServiceNow API and Azure DevOps and GitHub. Implement and maintain GitOps principles within our infrastructure to ensure declarative expression of the desired state for system management. Provide rotational 24/7 on-call support for major and critical incidents and work in rotational shifts covering the EMEA time zone. Manage change requests, oversee access management and license control, and perform year-end maintenance tasks such as user access review and system log monitoring. Conduct release activities, including creating change requests in ServiceNow, updating IT risk assessments, configuration specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures (OM SoP), as well as designing and executing test cases. Apply a strong compliance background, particularly within a Pharma company, including requirement gathering and test case execution. You will also be responsible for efficient Stakeholder Vendor management ensuring an effective vendor management by contracting services from vendors and platform owners as needed. You will be coordinating and negotiating with vendors in timely resolution of incidents and problems. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. 8+ years of overall experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years of relevant experience in supporting and managing Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub platforms. Experience in administrating both Azure DevOps and GitHub platforms. Knowledge of implementing and managing GxP process templates for GxP use within both Azure DevOps and GitHub platforms. Familiarity with GitOps principles and practices for managing infrastructure and application deployment. Proven experience in Azure DevOps and GitHub platform administration. Strong understanding of declarative system management and version control. Experience in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps. Experience with ServiceNow and expertise in integrating ServiceNow API with Azure DevOps and GitHub. Experience with Jfrog Artifactory. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) extensions like Modern Requirements, @Scale. Knowledge of working with SAFe Agile principles. Solid compliance background in Pharma with expertise in requirement gathering and test execution aligned with GAMP 5 V model standards. Good experience in change management, configuration management, and release management. Demonstrate a good understanding of ITIL. Good experience in stakeholder management and vendor management. Excellent communication skills.
