Job Title : Lead Generation Executive (B2B) – Email Campaign & LinkedIn Outreach Location : Delhi (Onsite) Experience : 6 months to 1 year Job Description : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B lead generation through email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach . As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads that can drive our sales pipeline and contribute to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities : B2B Lead Generation : Conduct lead generation activities through targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach to build a list of qualified leads. Prospecting : Research and identify potential business clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within targeted industries. Cold Outreach : Execute cold outreach strategies through email and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with potential clients and nurture relationships. Database Management : Maintain and update lead databases regularly, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. Lead Qualification : Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion. Reporting : Track and report on lead generation performance, ensuring KPIs such as email open rates, response rates, and conversions are met. Collaborate : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and goals. Requirements : Experience : Minimum 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation through email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. Skills : Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to research and identify business prospects using tools and platforms. Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for generating quality leads. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Additional Skills : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle a large volume of data.
