Responsibilities: Attend inbound and outbound calls professionally Provide information on salon services, packages, pricing, and offers Book, reschedule, and confirm client appointments Follow up with clients for reminders, feedback, and rebooking Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments Greet walk-in clients and ensure a warm, professional welcome Manage appointment schedules for stylists and therapists Maintain client records and update databases accurately Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection Coordinate between clients, staff, and management Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Address basic client queries and escalate concerns when required Maintain daily call logs and appointment records Assist with promotional messages, SMS/WhatsApp follow-ups Prepare basic daily reports (appointments, revenue summary) Requirements & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass (graduate preferred) Prior experience in salon, spa, clinic, or hospitality preferred Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills Polite, well-groomed, and professional appearance Ability to multitask during peak hours Basic computer and billing software knowledge Sales and appointment conversion skills preferred Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
