2. To escalate process deviations especially in treatments suggested for each client

3. To monitor activities of branch staff

4. Should monitor cash and product movement in branches through ERP.

CCTV Footage Observations:

• Providing treatment/consultation without scheduling.
• Giving products without billing.
• Not following SOP treatments.
• Consultants not properly handling new or old clients.
• Consultants and branch managers skipping walk-in clients.
• Staff taking treatments for themselves without permission.
• Payment process issues.
• Hair clients receiving skin products.
• Unwanted staff activities.

Job Title: BRANCH COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

The branch coordinator is responsible for monitoring and recording daily activities across all branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining accurate records, identifying deviations in processes or treatments, and overseeing branch operations, including cash and product movements, through ERP and surveillance systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
