Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment for Sales and Business Development positions across IT, Cloud, Data Center, OTT, and Enterprise Sales domains.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder management. The candidate must be capable of identifying and hiring sales professionals with experience in technology solutions, IT services, and enterprise-level business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and Sales positions across IT, Cloud, Data Center, OTT, and Enterprise Sales domains.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Identify and attract suitable candidates for roles such as:
• IT Sales Executive / Manager
• Cloud Sales Executive / Manager
• Data Center Sales Executive / Manager
• OTT Sales Professionals
• Enterprise Sales / Business Development Managers
• Account Managers and Key Account Managers
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial HR discussions to evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality of hire and timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Non-IT, Sales, and Business Development hiring.
• Strong experience in hiring professionals from IT Sales, Cloud Sales, Data Center, OTT, and Enterprise Sales domains.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of sales profiles, business development roles, and enterprise sales processes.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with relevant experience in IT and Technology Sales recruitment.
• Candidates with strong sourcing skills and a proven track record of recruitment closures.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available with a very short notice period.
