As a Customer Care Executive (Sales + Inbound) based in Whitefield, Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service. You will be required to work from the office and should possess a Bachelor's degree in fields such as BCom, BA, Bsc, BCA, or MBA is preferred. Please note that this opportunity is not open to engineering graduates. Fluency in English along with one of the regional languages such as Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil is essential for effective communication with customers. The selection process involves a face-to-face interview comprising two rounds. Successful candidates for the Inbound process can expect a take-home salary of 16,200 INR along with additional benefits like PF and incentives of up to 20k. The work timings are during the day shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 6-day work schedule. Upon completion of the one-month training period with a salary, your shift timings may vary between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. A rotational week off will be provided once a month, and please note that there is no cab facility available. Candidates should be below 32 years of age and only immediate joiners are preferred. Interviews are scheduled between 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
