Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-time Experience: 8+ years Job Summary: We are looking for a Node.js Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in backend development, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipeline management . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Node.js applications while leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor the development team in Node.js best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization. Microservices Architecture : Design and implement scalable, resilient, and efficient microservices using Node.js and related technologies. CI/CD Pipeline Management : Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline . API Development & Integration : Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs with secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. Cloud & DevOps : Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP , using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures . Code Quality & Security : Enforce code reviews, unit testing, and security best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaboration : Work closely with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution. Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js . Strong experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines , automation, and deployment strategies. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) . Proficiency in database management using SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) . Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge of API Gateway, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices . Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) . Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps are a plus
