Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role within an IT Services company (Digital Services, Cloud, and AI). Strong understanding of IT services industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Achieve revenue targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities. Lead the response strategy for proposals, including proposal development, review, feedback, competitive positioning, and pricing/commercial decisions. Create and present solution pitches, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations. Develop and execute sales strategies to sell IT solutions and services. Build compelling value propositions that align customer needs with Amantya Technologies offerings. Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and manage marketing campaigns. Qualifications: Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. B.Tech/B.E MBA (preferred).
