We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Organic/Paid Campaign and Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running organic campaigns through emails, LinkedIn, social media, webinars, and other lead generation channels, as well as developing paid media strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing, a knack for creativity, and the ability to support and align with our social media team to achieve campaign goals. Expertise in B2B marketing within the IT domain is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage organic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, social media, and webinars. Create engaging and compelling content tailored to various platforms to attract and nurture leads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Develop and implement paid media strategies to enhance lead generation efforts. Collaborate with the social media team to ensure alignment of campaign goals and consistency in messaging. Plan and host webinars to engage and educate potential leads. Build and maintain a robust lead generation funnel, ensuring a steady stream of qualified leads for the sales team. Prepare lists of target companies and personas using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other similar platforms. Prepare marketing materials including brochures, content, and whitepapers aligned to the campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies. Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the marketing team and management. Assist in other marketing activities as needed to support overall team objectives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in running successful organic and paid media campaigns. Strong understanding of various marketing channels and best practices. Proven experience with campaigns in the USA, UK, and Japan. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, CRM systems, social media management tools) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in IT marketing/lead generation domain. Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategies. Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
