Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Persistent as a NodeJS Lead Developer, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance of web-based applications. Your responsibilities will include designing back-end components, collaborating with front-end developers, and integrating security and data storage solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic - Work with databases like MySQL and NoSQL - Implement security and data protection measures - Integrate various data storage solutions, such as databases, key-value stores, and blob stores - Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications - Lead a team of Node.js developers, providing guidance and resolving their queries - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college - Experience in developing web solutions - Strong command of JavaScript, MongoDB, MySQL, and NodeJS frameworks (Express & Hapi mandatory) - Familiarity with software development lifecycle - Proficiency in databases, MySQL/NoSQL in general - Knowledge of AngularJS/BackboneJS will be a plus Additional Details about Persistent (Company): Persistent is an AI-led, platform-driven Digital Engineering and Enterprise Modernization partner with a disruptor's mindset and commitment to client success.
