Job Description

4 - 7 years of Backend experience with NodeJS and SQL/NoSQL databases. • Sound experience in Javascript and Typescript. • Familiar with multi-threading, performance optimization at scale. • Sound experience to build CICD pipeline • Knowledge on GraphQL and Docker & Kubernetes • Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability • Motivated team player who goes over and above what is asked • Strong hands-on development skills to prototype technical solutions. • Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Proficient in new and emerging technologies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control. Additional Qualifications: • Large scale distributed systems experience, including scalability and fault tolerance. • A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools. • Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms • Exposure to information retrieval and statistics. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
