Node.js Developer

As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of applications. You will work closely with DevOps, front-end engineers, and product managers to deliver cloud-native applications on AWS and manage relational databases with optimized SQL. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Write efficient, reusable, and secure JavaScript code (ES6+) on both server-side and client-side (if full stack). - Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch. - Build and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and schema designs (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL). - Optimize database queries for performance and reliability. - Implement serverless functions and microservices architectures on AWS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and system integration. - Ensure application security, scalability, and performance. - Integrate third-party APIs and data sources. - Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and apply fixes. - Automate deployments and workflows using CI/CD pipelines. - Document technical specifications, systems design, and process. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. - AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus. - Strong analytical and debugging skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.,
