Job Title : Node JS + Aws Lead Location : Chennai/ Bangalore Mode: Work From office Looking for immediate joiners to 15 Days of NP We are looking for a highly skilled Node.js + AWS Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in backend development using Node.js , along with expertise in AWS cloud services . You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable architectures, optimizing cloud deployments, and ensuring high performance and security of applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend solutions using Node.js and AWS. Architect and implement serverless and containerized solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, etc.). Design and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for high performance and security. Manage databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL . Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, IAM). Ensure CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using AWS tools. Lead a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. Monitor and improve application performance, security, and reliability . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript . Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, ECS, CloudFormation, etc.). Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design . Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS . Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.). Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud-based applications. Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog . Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities . Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with serverless frameworks like Serverless Framework or AWS SAM. Knowledge of IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform or CloudFormation. Exposure to frontend technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js (Nice to have). AWS Certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer) is a plus. Why Join Us?
