Node js Intern

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic using Node.js to ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Collaborating with front-end developers, you will integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and write reusable, testable, and efficient code. Your role will involve designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications, as well as implementing security and data protection best practices. Additionally, you will participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging, troubleshooting and optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. It is essential to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience as a Node.js Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in JavaScript, including a strong understanding of its quirks and workarounds, is required. Hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js is essential. Experience in MongoDB is necessary, and knowledge in Redis is a plus. You should also have experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, a proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git, and experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests. Understanding basic security principles and experience in implementing secure applications is crucial, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other developers and stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also important for this role. Experience in developing applications with microservices and message brokers is considered an advantage.
