As a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in Dialogflow CX and Generative AI, you will play a crucial role in developing intelligent virtual agents that enhance user interactions through cutting-edge AI-driven conversations. Your responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements, building engaging virtual agents using Dialogflow CX, implementing advanced NLU/NLP logic, presenting prototypes to clients, integrating APIs and backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating wireframes and conversation flows, ensuring usability and scalability, and monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversational AI development, hands-on expertise with Dialogflow CX, experience with Playbooks and GenAI models, a strong understanding of NLU/NLP fundamentals, proficiency in Python or Java for data/API integration, deployment experience with virtual agents, familiarity with analytical tools, and the ability to present technical solutions to clients effectively. Desired skills include experience in Generative AI fallback handling, API gateway integrations, conversational UX design principles, and exposure to other chatbot platforms. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about creative problem-solving with AI, collaborative in client-facing roles, detail-oriented with a strong interest in conversational UX, and self-starters capable of owning end-to-end conversational workflows.
