NLP + ML Engineer

Role Overview: You are a NLP + ML Engineer at O-Health, located in Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will be to focus on pattern recognition in text, utilize neural networks, implement algorithms, and analyze statistics in a healthtech ecosystem on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust backend systems to manage real-time patient data and ML outputs. - Develop and integrate machine learning models with APIs into the main O-Health application. - Optimize model serving pipelines using tools like TorchServe, FastAPI, or ONNX. - Manage data pipelines for de-identified OPD datasets used in model training and inference. - Implement data encryption, anonymization, and consent-based data access. - Develop multilingual voice and text processing. - Support versioning and A/B testing of health algorithms. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Neural Networks, Data Science, and Pattern Recognition. - Strong background in Computer Science and Statistics. - Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with at least 4 years of experience. - Experience in the development of multi-lingual ASR systems.
