Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and Government segments . Handle B2B sales by approaching schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporate clients for EdTech and AV solutions. Manage B2C sales by engaging with parents, students, and individual customers for digital learning products and services. Execute Government sales by participating in tenders, coordinating with government schools, departments, and public sector institutions. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital outreach. Conduct product presentations and demos for decision-makers such as principals, directors, and procurement heads. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure long-term business growth. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documents as per client requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all categories. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Preferred candidate profile Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of B2B, B2C, and Government sales processes . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Energetic approach with a passion for sales and customer engagement. Ability to build strong relationships in the education and government sectors. Experience in EdTech, AV integration, Smart Classroom solutions, or IT/technology sales (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms. Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independent field activities.
