Documentation & Record Keeping: Streamline all book-keeping records, attendance sheets, and statutory registers. Ensure records are updated, accurate, and securely stored (both physical and cloud). Verify that all employee information, including ID cards, interview forms, résumés, NDAs, appointment letters, and exit documentation, is complete and uploaded. Attendance & Permissions Maintain daily in/out timings for all staff members at both units. Track and record permissions for employees leaving during working hours. Establish a transparent attendance system with no manual alterations or tampering. Employee Engagement & Tracking Create and maintain an updated birthday and anniversary tracker for all employees. Review existing SOPs across HR and Admin functions; recommend updates where needed and route them for leadership approval. Compliance & Governance Review the validity of all licenses, permits, and statutory documents pertaining to both factories. Ensure timely renewals and proper filing for audit readiness. Coordination & Support Work closely on various administrative and facility-related matters. Ensure coordination with accounts, operations, and production teams wherever HR inputs are required.
