Role & responsibilities 1. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve regional sales targets (volume and value) as per business plan. Drive new product launches and promotions to maximize market share. Monitor and analyze sales performance by channel, product category, and territory. 2. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Executives. Set individual targets and ensure effective field execution. Conduct regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and merchandising. 3. Channel Management: Manage and expand the distribution network distributors, stockists, and retailers. Strengthen presence in modern trade, salons, and beauty retail chains . Ensure proper inventory levels and timely stock replenishment. Negotiate terms with key accounts and ensure compliance with company policies. 4. Market Development & Branding: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Work closely with marketing teams to implement regional promotions, influencer activities, and beauty events. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in cosmetics and skincare. 5. Reporting & Coordination: Submit periodic sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts to senior management. Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations. Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and brand guidelines. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of cosmetic, beauty, and personal care markets. Excellent sales planning, negotiation, and leadership skills. Good understanding of distribution management and retail dynamics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
