As a member of the Professional Services & Asset & Wealth Management team at Evalueserve, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that shape the future of businesses. Your responsibilities at Evalueserve will include managing and mentoring a team of analysts to deliver high-quality research and analysis services to clients. You should have experience in delivering quick turnaround research requests, with a minimum of two projects per day. In-depth knowledge of the global banking, fintech, and insurance industry landscape, financial statements, company documents, and filings is necessary. You will be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing financial data collected from various sources and conducting company and industry research to deliver insightful projects. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing workflow coordination, guiding analysts and senior analysts on project methodology, managing project execution, analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, providing thought leadership and insights to clients, staying updated with industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for innovation and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience of 5-10 years with a master's degree, experience in managing and leading teams, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, a good understanding of financial concepts and capital markets, knowledge of database tools such as Thomson One Banker, Capital IQ, Orbis, Factiva, and SNL, and the ability to source and analyze financial data to provide decision support. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in both team and autonomous environments.
