News Presenter & Scriptwriter

We are seeking a News Analyst & Scriptwriter with a minimum of 6 months of experience in screen presenting, content writing, or scriptwriting. As a candidate, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and presenting analytical news-based content with clarity and confidence. It is essential to possess strong journalistic skills, stay updated on current affairs, and deliver smart on-screen presentations. You will play a crucial role in researching, analyzing, and crafting well-structured scripts on a variety of topics including current affairs, global events, politics, history, and socio-economic issues. Your ability to present content confidently and engagingly in front of the camera will be key in informing and captivating the audience. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify trending topics and develop compelling narratives that align with Samriddha Banglas vision. Collaboration with the content and video production team will be necessary to enhance the effectiveness of the scripts. Maintaining high journalistic integrity by verifying sources and fact-checking information will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role, and fluency in Bengali is essential. The work location is in Kolkata, West Bengal, and it is an in-person position.
