Role & responsibilities 1. Compare the Architect drawing with CMDA Approval drawing before starting of Project. 2. Compare the Architect GFC Drawings and Revisions periodically. 3. Compare the Structural drawings with Architect drawing for Super imposing. 4. Check the MEP and Other Site drawing before execution. 5. Sending Concrete Cubes for testing every Major concrete activity like Footing concreting, Column Concreting, Roof Slab Concreting etc., at each and every stage 6. Implement the Safety and Environment Aspects as per the Standard of the organisation. 7. Implement the Quality of the Project & take major responsibility to maintain the Quality norms as per the Company and ISO Standards. 8. Monitoring output of main / sub-contractor. 9. Implement workmanship. 10. Implement ways to minimize wastage of materials. 11. Implement plans as given by project engineer for timely delivery of Project 12. Maintenance of site daily log. / Daily Labour report / Site progress report etc., 13. Maintenance of all construction forms: Pipe work pressure test reports, water tightness reports. 14. Supervising and approving the execution works for compliance with design and drawing, marking and setting outs (layout, alignment & Verticality). 15. Raising of Material indents well in prior & Plan to raise before seven working days to Purchase department. Preferred candidate profile Freshers who have completed B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering in 2024 or 2025 are preferred. Candidates with 0-1 year of experience or relevant internships in in construction or real estate sector are preferred. Role & responsibilities To prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective plans. To prepare cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems. To coordinate architects, designers, consultants, purchase and admin personnel technical teams, contractors, vendors and supervisors. Review of drawings, estimates, calculations for covered and non-covered items (MEP) for live projects. To coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) for approvals. To manage and execute Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing engineering works. Ensure a strong reporting system as per requirements of senior management. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation. Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools. Review of Firefighting submittals i.e., DBR, schematic drawings, Pump Room GA drawings, GFC drawings, BOQs, Technical specifications, approved makes, Equipment data sheets. STP & WTP Equipment Selection. Pumps And Valve Selection and TDS reviewing and approving. Actively engage with stakeholders to sort out construction related issues. Maintain an ongoing list of services defects for the contractors remedial action. Coordination with other discipline & vendor related works so as not to have any clash or mistakes or rework. MEP works co-ordination & providing clearances for other agencies involved with interior sit out design. Ensure work is in accordance with working drawings & Specification Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of MEP experience in the real estate/construction sector ( mandatory) . Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Familiar with structural coordination and site execution.. Electrical background is mandatory. PMP certification or training is an added advantage. Proficient in using business support tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar platforms). Strong communication, time management, and team coordination skills.
