We are expanding our online B2B presence and seeking a proactive Sales Officer to manage and grow business enquiries. --- Job Responsibilities Online Sales & Lead Management Handle all online B2B enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, email, and marketplaces. Convert incoming leads into bulk orders. Maintain strong follow-up to close sales efficiently. Client Relationship & Growth Build long-term relationships with boutiques, resellers, distributors, and B2B buyers. Onboard new B2B clients and maintain regular communication. Share product catalogs, pricing, and promotions with potential buyers. Sales Coordination Coordinate with the production/dispatch team for order updates. Maintain records of enquiries, orders, payments, and client databases. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and service. Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
