Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented New Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, handle incoming inquiries, reactivate inactive clients, and convert potential leads into active customers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building client relationships, conducting regular follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, online platforms, and other business channels.
• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Share quotations, product information, and samples as per company policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

2. Inactive Client Reactivation

• Identify inactive clients from existing databases.
• Understand reasons for inactivity, including pricing, service issues, and competition.
• Reconnect with clients through personalised communication.
• Coordinate internally for revised pricing or service terms.
• Follow up regularly to reactivate clients and generate repeat business.

3. Lead Follow-ups and Conversion

• Handle inquiries received through calls, emails, websites, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on client requirements and business potential.
• Follow up on quotations, sample feedback, pricing acceptance, and order finalisation.
• Address client queries and coordinate with seniors to resolve concerns.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed business opportunities.

4. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, CRM, pricing, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure timely communication regarding quotations, documentation, and credit approvals.
• Handover converted leads to the sales/CRM team for further processing.

5. Reporting and Market Research

• Maintain updated lead trackers and client databases using CRM or Excel.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, client reactivation, and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client preferences.
• Share market feedback and new business opportunities with management.

Skills and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client handling, follow-up, and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of developing new business relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
