Network Technical Support Head

Key Responsibilities: - Bridging the gap between project and support teams by utilizing techno-functional expertise - Driving end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects - Checking feasibility of change requirements and providing optimal solutions within clear timelines - Supporting solutioning team from architectural design to implementation - Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products through coding and testing - Implementing business processes and requirements on ERP systems - Providing product support and maintenance, resolving technical queries and problems - Creating and deploying automation tools for process optimization - Understanding and translating functional and technical designs into ERP solutions - Supporting on-site managers with necessary details for changes and providing off-site support - Clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications for skill upgradation - Attending trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in functional and technical domains - Writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them on the intranet Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Cisco Routing and Switching - Experience: More than 10 years (Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company dedicated to building innovative solutions for complex digital transformation needs.
