Network Specialist

Location: Greater Noida

Role : Senior Network SME

Role Overview:

The Senior Network SME will be responsible for managing the entire network tower, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, load balancers, and network monitoring tools. This role involves leading the network team, ensuring high availability and performance of network services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for customer engagement, team leadership, compliance audits, and strategic planning for global network infrastructure.

Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the network operations for multiple Global Customers.
• Design and development of Data Networks (WAN, LAN, WLAN, Software Defined Network) & Network Security (Firewall, Proxy, VPN etc).
• Ensure network availability, performance, Bandwidth optimization and security across all customer environments.
• Manage escalations, major incidents, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
• Do problem management for purposes of resolution and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) of complex, critical and repetitive incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and initiatives.
• Drive continuous service improvement (CSI) and automation within the network tower.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Engage with global customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor and develop network team members, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime).
• Proven leadership experience in managing network teams and global infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.
• Working knowledge of VOICE will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
