Network Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Leader to head large-scale enterprise Network Operations, NOC functions, and network infrastructure management.

• CTC: ₹25–60 LPA (Depending on Experience and Leadership Level)
• Work Mode: Work From Office

The ideal candidate should currently be operating at a senior leadership level (DGM / GM / VP / Director) with proven experience managing 24/7 Network Operations Centers, large technical teams, enterprise networking infrastructure, and global service delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) functions.
• Oversee enterprise network architecture, routing, switching, SD-WAN, and network security.
• Drive network availability, SLA governance, and operational performance (99.9%+ uptime).
• Manage large technical teams comprising network engineers, managers, architects, and L1–L3 leads.
• Oversee cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Manage OEM, telecom vendors, service delivery, and contractual SLAs.
• Drive network infrastructure modernization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA requirements.

Required Technical Expertise:

• Enterprise Routing & Switching: Cisco, Juniper, Arista.
• SD-WAN and enterprise networking.
• Firewalls: Palo Alto / Fortinet.
• Load Balancing: F5 / Citrix ADC.
• NAC: Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass.
• Cloud Networking: AWS VPC, Azure ExpressRoute, GCP Cloud Interconnect, Transit Gateway.
• Protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec VPN, VXLAN, ZTNA.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 12–18 years of overall experience.
• Currently working at DGM / GM / VP / Director or equivalent level.
• Minimum 8 years of people management experience.
• Direct ownership of a 24/7 NOC.
• Experience managing teams of 40+ professionals, including managers and team leads.
• Proven ownership of 99.9%+ network uptime and SLA performance.
• Strong OEM and telecom vendor management experience.
• Stable career history, preferably 3+ years with an organization.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts whenever required.
• Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days.
